Comprehensive Aviation Maintenance Services
Every service SJH Aerocare provides is backed by FAA authorization, manufacturer approval, and a quality management system designed for zero-defect delivery.

Heavy Maintenance Checks
SJH Aerocare executes full A, B, C, and D-check programs for commercial narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. Our structured induction process establishes a firm baseline — a detailed pre-induction meeting with your maintenance planning team to align work scope, parts provisioning, and turn-time expectations.
Scope Includes
- A-check and B-check line items, including expanded scope packages
- C-check structural, systems, and powerplant workscopes
- D-check airframe overhaul with full interior strip and corrosion treatment
- STC modification incorporation during heavy check intervals
- Comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) suite: UT, ET, PT, MT
- OEM-authorized repair schemes and concession documentation
Line Maintenance & AOG Support
Aircraft on Ground situations demand speed, accuracy, and minimal disruption to your operation. Our AOG desk operates around the clock, and our certificated mechanics are trained to mobilize under time-critical constraints with the tools and parts required to return aircraft to service.
Scope Includes
- Transit and turnaround checks for commercial aircraft in revenue service
- Pre-flight, daily, and weekly inspection services
- 72-hour and 48-hour AOG response deployment — domestic locations
- Deferred Maintenance Item (DMI) clearance and MEL resolution
- Fuel system sampling, tire/brake servicing, and cabin defect clearance
- Full documentation and maintenance release in compliance with Part 43
Aircraft Storage & Preservation
Pinal Airpark is one of the premier aircraft storage environments in the world. With an average annual humidity below 25% and over 300 days of sunshine per year, KMZJ provides conditions that dramatically reduce corrosion risk and oxidation on stored airframes. SJH Aerocare manages the full storage lifecycle.
Scope Includes
- Short-term (30–90 day) and long-term (multi-year) preservation programs
- Type A, B, and C preservation standards per manufacturer specifications
- Controlled interior dehumidification and desiccant placement
- Engine preservation and fuel system pickling
- Periodic maintenance visits and continued airworthiness management
- Reactivation and return-to-service following storage periods
Component Services
Our component shop supports a wide range of rotable and repairable parts across avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and structural assemblies. Component overhaul services are performed in our dedicated clean-room and systems shops under strict quality control.
Scope Includes
- Landing gear overhaul and borescope inspection
- Flight control surface refurbishment and rebalancing
- Hydraulic actuator and valve overhaul with test bench certification
- Avionics bench test, BITE verification, and LRU troubleshooting
- APU removal, preservation, and reinstallation
- Wheel and brake assembly overhaul with dimensional inspection
Engine Run & Acceptance Testing
KMZJ's uncongested airspace and unrestricted ground run environment allow SJH Aerocare to conduct comprehensive engine performance runs, leak checks, and post-maintenance acceptance testing. Our ground run crews hold type-specific training on the engine families we support.
Scope Includes
- Engine ground runs for post-maintenance acceptance and troubleshooting
- Borescope inspection of HPT, LPT, and compressor stages
- Engine-to-aircraft performance verification and vibration surveys
- CFM56, V2500, CF34, and PW150 series support
- Engine change (ESN swap) including alignment, rigging, and run-up
- Post-engine-run documentation and airworthiness release
Interior Refurbishment
First impressions aboard an aircraft directly affect passenger perception of your brand. SJH Aerocare's interior shop handles full cabin reconfigurations, cosmetic refurbishment, and seat replace-and-repair programs with the same engineering rigor applied to structural workscopes.
Scope Includes
- Full cabin reconfiguration — layout changes, galley and lavatory repositioning
- Seat replacement, Class conversion, and LOPA updates
- Sidewall, ceiling panel, and floor covering replacement
- IFE system removal, installation, and certification
- Interior lighting upgrade to LED with FAA-approved STC
- Overhead bin modification and overhead panel refurbishment
